Family Green Cards and Visas

What you need to know about Family Green Cards!

US citizens or Permanent Residents (green card holders) may petition for their relatives to join them in the United States. If the petition is approved, the relative may apply for an immigrant visa (if outside the United States), or to adjust status if already in the United States – they then become green card holders themselves.

US citizens can petition for their parents, spouses, children and siblings. Permanent residents can petition for their spouses and children only.

Our office assists clients file Relative Petitions for spouses, parents and children, Applications to Adjust Status, Fiance (K) petitions, and I-751 Petitions to Remove Condition on Residence. Also VAWA self-petitions for abused spouses, parents and children.

We also assist clients with applications related to their petitions – renewing work authorization, advance parole, re-entry permits, renewing LPR (green) cards

For people who are not located in the United States, but who have an approved visa petition, we assist them with Consular Processing. Contact us today
