Family Green Cards and Visas
What you need to know about Family Green Cards!
US citizens or Permanent Residents (green card holders) may petition for their relatives to join them in the United States. If the petition is approved, the relative may apply for an immigrant visa (if outside the United States), or to adjust status if already in the United States – they then become green card holders themselves.
US citizens can petition for their parents, spouses, children and siblings. Permanent residents can petition for their spouses and children only.
Our office assists clients file:
- Relative petitions for all family members
- Adjustment applications
- Consular processing applications
- Petitions to remove condition on residence
- VAWA self-petitions for abused spouses, parents and children
- Applications related to green card status – work permits; advance parole; re-entry permits; renewal of green cards
We also assist clients with applications related to their petitions – renewing work authorization, advance parole, re-entry permits, renewing LPR (green) cards
For people who are not located in the United States, but who have an approved visa petition, we assist them with Consular Processing. Contact Us Today
